Parmeen graduated with an LL.B (Hons.) degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2024. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025.

Parmeen's primary area of practice is civil and commercial litigation, with particular exposure to disputes involving breach of contract, defamation, and employment and industrial relations matters.

She also has experience in a broad range of matters involving judicial management and post-arbitration proceedings. Beyond dispute resolution, Parmeen regularly works with corporate clients on contractual and commercial matters, including general advisory work relating to their business operations.
