Lavinia Kumaraendran was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) in October 2003 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2005. She holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law.
Lavinia’s practice primarily focuses on corporate litigation, particularly advising shareholders, directors and companies on a broad range of shareholder disputes and boardroom battles which includes proceedings relating to breach of fiduciary duties by company directors, and recovery of company funds and assets misappropriated by wrongdoers.
