Overview
Joseph read law at Queen’s University Belfast, United Kingdom and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2021. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
Joseph’s primary area of specialisation is in construction, engineering as well as oil and gas. He advises and represents clients on all aspects of construction and engineering projects and statutory adjudication under CIPAA 2012.
In addition to Joseph’s portfolio in construction and engineering disputes, Joseph also represents clients in commercial and general litigation disputes.
