Our Partner, Mavin Thillainathan, recently moderated a panel session on "Teknik Penyediaan Kenyataan Saksi" at the Konvensyen Peguam Kebangsaan 2025 on 15 February 2025.

This convention was the first of its kind, held entirely in our national language, Bahasa Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in the legal fraternity. The session provided valuable insights into best practices for drafting witness statements, a crucial aspect of litigation, and featured an engaging discussion with esteemed panelists and participants.
