LBC's Partner invited to share on why arbitration may be better than litigation
Our Partner, Mr Balan Nair Thamodaran, was invited to speak at a talk organised by Thomas Philip on how arbitration may be better than litigation.
The talk touched on the benefits of arbitration over litigation, which spanned 6 broad issues namely finality, enforceability, confidentiality, neutrality, flexibility and cost-effectiveness which may or may not be available to a litigant who opts for court litigation.
Participants were treated to a scrumptious nasi lemak dinner prepared by Thomas Philip.
